We also sold a property for a Client hd leased already for four years. We just sold that property for $175,000. We paid $90,000 for the property in 2020. I'll be getting all the numbers on that property in my website and my blog. We also just got another property under contract for Client . He leased that one for the last four years. Numbers on that one when it closes. All these properties have done very well and that's why I'm in business, but the market is still moving pace.
