this property created a great income for the client over the last four years. But the market is good right now for selling so he wants to sell it and make great money on it.

this property we paid $60,000 for and 2019. We will be putting this property up for sale for $180,000 after we're finished with the updates.

this property was purchased in a very good area and is going to make this client very good profit but the construction must be on in budget and makes sense for this client. You can't get through half of them then go oh no I have to pay the contractor more a lot more.

Having the rehab team around us that can take care of our real estate and keep it a budget is the key to our success into our client. Success. Remember, you have to keep things in budget for you to make money.
