Here are the pictures a potential client got from their contractor to show that the property was completed.

They ask for an inspector which I sent out to get the "finished" home a great bill of health. The property was already 6 weeks into rehab. (our rehabs take approx 4 weeks)  When we got the report the investor thought we were all wet in finding a property that was not close to done.  In fact the investors just wanted me to get the small punch list that needed done. So I went to the house yesterday and click below to see what I found? 

 


If you watched the video you can see that the home was not done but the workers were still there! The only reason they were there is because I was coming out to see the finished product. I sent the video right after I left to the potential client and they asked  "is this video for today?" which I replied I just left the property.  This is what happens when you do not use professionals with many homes under their built and many years in the business.  Don't do real estate alone.
