This property was leased in 2023 for $1350 a Month. The tenant stayed for 21 months. We updated the home and leased it for $1550 a month. $200 more a month or $2400 dollars a year. 
 
This property took a bit longer because a tenant put a deposit down and backed out of the deal. The owner kept the $500 deposit. 
 
This is another example of getting a property leased and for more money!
