When the wrong team is running your property, it costs you money, time, and stress.
A client called that had purchased a property with another Agent in July 2025. It was November when he called me and said that he could not travel for another state to this home anymore.
They explained to me that the property was not completed and the rehab crew had seemed to really slow down and was not finishing the property I sent a contract for a fee and got to work.
I went to the job site and gave my client a list with pictures. I also talked to the rehab crew about finishing the property. I went through and showed the unfinished details and they needed to clean up the yard.
The third week they needed to repaint some areas and clean up some more.
By the end of November 2025 the property was completed finally. This project was a 4-5 week job.
Key Realty listed the property for $1600 a month on Nov 28th (we had to also go in and get the heat working also) 6 days later with out marketing we leased this property for $1600 a month!
The property should have been done in August. This client lost 90 days or $4800 in lease. That really effects the returns on this property. The home is now cash flowing wih great results.
